These healthcare workers will include Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Practical Nurses (RPN), Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA), and Developmental Support Worker (DSW). Healthcare facilities can depend on us to provide qualified and pre-vetted medical staff. Health workers can also depend on us to grow their career and connect with opportunities to develop their career and earn a growing income. Royal Wealth Health care will be traded as a limited liability company.
The vision for Royal Wealth Healthcare is borne out of Canada’s growing demand for healthcare provider. This demand stems out of staffing shortage and the aging of existing health care providers. The resurgence of COVID-19 has also put a strain on the healthcare system in Canada. As such, healthcare providers are strained and overworked. We believe that deploying trained and licensed health workers will benefit the healthcare industry and the country as a whole.
